Job Description Preparation of L3 project schedule using tools such as MS-Project covering entire scope and within defined timeline and provide support to planning and QS resources onsite. Project understanding with root planning and plan the activities to push execution team for adherence. Maintain accurate project measurement systems (progress S-curve, resource histogram, resource efficiency curves, project measurement tables, earn value reporting, internal/external milestone tables, critical path reviews). Reporting on progress, progress variance, resource productivity, projects KPIs. Project schedules monitoring & tracking as per timeline and milestones. Review and maintained of project documentation such as SOPs. Daily site execution report and concerned to prepare and power point presentation for various meeting. Review project deliverable lists with respect to scope of work and highlight discrepancy or miss out. Monitor, analysis procurement, progress, cost, cashflow, safety and compliance in terms of planed vs actual and required to complete, identify risk, deviation and non-compliance at early stage. Conduct progress review meeting with project team suggest mitigation measure and action plan. Document and report the progress of action plan until closure. Ensure timely issue of project reports (Daily, weekly, and monthly).
