Description
Talent360 is hiring for one of our clients' Project Control Engineer to lead planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, and performance evaluation across ongoing projects. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and hands-on expertise in managing project timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. - Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost control reports. - Monitor project cash flow, expenses, and financial performance. - Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions. - Coordinate planning and cost activities with project managers and site teams. - Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive-level reports. - Ensure compliance with company procedures, KPIs, and project control standards. - Participate in risk assessment and mitigation planning. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). - 3–5 years of solid experience in project control, planning, and cost management. - Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. - Strong understanding of project management systems, budgeting, and forecasting. - Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once.
