Responsibilities Facilitate support of the Project Team by monitoring financial information for projects/programs within an assigned Region or Division Collect, monitor, and analyze project budgets and cost allocations Perform financial analysis and prepare status and assessment reports, charts, and tables on a recurring basis Understand major business components and accounting implications specific to construction companies Support and uphold the principles of Henkels & McCoy’s Project Management Methodology (PMM) Collect, validate, track, and review financial information related to: Cost measurement Customer billings Accounts payables Payroll entries Fleet and equipment utilization Research and resolve issues related to payable transactions Assist in implementing process and performance improvements Support team goals, roles, protocols, and relationships aligned with high-performance standards and company strategy Lead by example in fostering an environment of trust, candor, and accountability Maintain personal accountability and communicate assertively and constructively with clients and team members Perform additional project controls and administrative support duties as assigned Qualifications Working knowledge of financial tools, general accounting principles, and ability to master H&M systems such as JDE Experienced in accounting, contract administration, or project management Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to interpret data/ statistical information Solid computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications Broad problem-solving skills Minimum Educational Background: BS degree in Accounting, Finance, related field; or equivalent experience Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 2 - 5 years Wage Range: $69,300.00 - $103,900.00 annually Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible to participate in our benefit plan which includes the following: 401(k) Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance Short Term & Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off Henkels & McCoy West, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individual with Disabilities.
