This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Resourcing activities for RBC clients
1. Working with our TA team to schedule internal CGI interviews.
2. Working with RBC client on schedule interviews for roles.
3. Following up with clients, internal on candidate decisions, and feedback on interview.
4. Tracking of onshore/offshore vacations to support invoicing.
Contract Mgmt
1. Working on new contracts and amendments – reviewed by DCS
2. Following up the Beeline approval process for progress until fully approved.
Onboarding to RBC
1. Managing collection of onboarding info from RBC
2. ID Creation, and request for equipment (VDI, token, laptop).
3. Collecting project code creation information, working with DCS to support creation/extend/end project codes and assignments.
4. Work directly with the Vice President and Directors team to provide internal management consulting and business analysis support for key functional groups and overall sector unit operations
Governance / Account Management - client governance reports (reports, charts and graphs by extracting and reconciling data from various systems), weekly leadership meetings (define agenda and meeting actions), project and program meetings (ensure meeting notes and action plans are clearly documented and communicated)
Financial management - monthly forecasting, resourcing planning and revenue and cost analysis – including scheduling and ensuring partners and their materials are properly prepared.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Program administrative experience across platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel.
  • Experience with databases, ideally related to customer and/or grant management.
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Innovative problem–solver and caring customer-service approach
