  • Analytical Mindset: Highly organized, detail-focused, with a clear analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex cost and schedule data into clear insight for diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaboration Skills: Comfort working across disciplines - from the shop floor to the boardroom, with a primary focus on supporting PMs and internal teams.
  • Nice to Have: Certification in PMP, PSP, or AACE; and/or experience with building envelope construction and familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in construction.

  • Financial Tracking: Maintain budget logs, change order registers, and commitment tracking. Validate vendor invoices and progress claims for accuracy, analyze cost variances, and support cash flow projections, contingency tracking, and cost-to-complete reporting.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare weekly and monthly Power BI dashboards and executive summaries. Collaborate with PMs and other key teams to ensure data is accurate, timely, and consistent across projects.
  • Process Governance: Assist in developing and implementing standardized tools, templates, and best practices for controls governance, and support change control and claims management.
  • Risk & Scenario Analysis: Work with project teams to identify, track, and mitigate project risks into quantified cost impacts and run “what-if” scenarios to support decision-making.
  • Full Project Lifecycle Exposure: Gainexposure to the full project lifecycle, from design assist through fabrication and installation, including final cost reconciliation and lessons learned documentation.
