We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Control Support Specialist to join our Italian Office in Rome. Key Responsibilities As Project Control Support Specialist, you will be responsible for: Preparing, administrating and monitoring of Project procurement actions (Contracts, Purchase Orders, etc.) within ESA SAP system (esa-p) or other tools as required. Support the preparation, maintenance and reporting on the overall programmatic aspects of the project/programmes activities. Support the preparation, maintenance and reporting on status of the project Cost At Completion, including annual cost plans and manpower planning. Skills Your skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience Experience with SAP Proficiency in MS Excel Knowledge of ESA procure to pay process Knowledge of project control methods Knowledge of Milestone Payment Plans Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment Solution oriented mindset, with a customer focused communication skills Candidates must be EU nationals.
