Your mission 1. Project Cost Controlling, Devex and Capex Monitoring Track development expenditures (DevEx) against approved budgets Identify deviations early and prepare structured variance analysis Ensure clear cost allocation and documentation Establish transparency across project phases 2. Independent Financial Challenge Review and challenge project cost assumptions and forecasts Validate financial inputs provided by project teams Support fact-based discussions on cost evolution and risks Ensure financial realism in budgeting and forecasting 3. Capital Discipline & Decision Support Support Investment Approval Processes with structured financial data Provide scenario and sensitivity analysis where required Highlight financial risks and funding implications Ensure project data feeds into group-level performance steering 4. Reporting & Integration Prepare bi-weekly project controlling reports Align project data with FP&A and liquidity planning Ensure consistency between: Project budgets Forecasts Cash implications Support preparation of management reporting materials Your profile Degree in Finance, Controlling or Business Administration 3–6 years experience in project controlling or operational controlling Strong analytical and structured working style Ability to challenge assumptions constructively Hands-on mindset and execution focus Strong Excel skills; ERP knowledge (NetSuite a plus) fluent English and German speaking Why us?
