This role will ensure that cost, timing and profitability targets are met throughout the development lifecycle. You will collaborate with the Project Manager, Account Management and act as a Co-pilot and report to the Project Controlling Manager. What You Will Do Maintain and update the Business Case post award: align with latest volumes/prices/costs; track actuals vs. planned costs and explain and document variances in regular reviews. Conduct detailed cost analysis and variances (TVC, Engineering, R&Os) and identify opportunities for savings and drive corrective measures. Provide and track financial realization of Change Request; compare quoted vs. actual performance and update KPIs. Build revenue and margin variance analysis by analyzing Price and Volume; YoY/Period. Variances; program profitability; collaborate with CAMs/SBUs. Ensure data and structure integrity for reporting; keep TcPCM and Easyplanning structures/master data consistent with the current baseline. Ensure all financial activities adhere to accounting policies and internal controls; maintain close-out conditions. Calculate and process customer claims as part of business case updates in alignment with local business partnering role. Coordinate / Align with SBU Controlling. What You Need A thorough understanding of automotive development processes (PLM processes). +3 years of experience in Project Controlling, Project/Program Management, Cost Management. Bachelor ́s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and financial planning tools. Advanced financial modeling and Excel proficiency. Fluency in English is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Great communication and presentation abilities. Capability to influence cross-functional team members.
