This role will provide strategic guidance on project profitability. You will drive alignment between project financial performance and strategic objectives. This role will lead the financial evaluation of cost management through the post award projects. You will be a supervisor and mentor Project Controllers to ensure professional growth and process consistency. What You Will Do Consolidate and analyze financial results across multiple programs through Business Case Update iterations. Establish standardized Controlling processes and tools for project cost tracking and cost management. Lead program-level financial reviews, supporting steering committees and senior management boards. Implement and maintain strong governance on cost structures and risk mitigation. Define and implement mitigation and recovery strategies for underperforming programs and identify financial risks across projects. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing teams to drive cross-functional accountability. Organize Change Management to Project Controlling Systems, KPI and reporting frameworks. Act as a Partner to Program Directors, SBU and Account Management. What You Need to Be Successful A thorough understanding of automotive development processes (PLM processes). +5 of experience in Project Controlling, Project/Program Management, Cost Management, Business Partnering. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Strong Background in ERP systems and project methodologies systems (SAP) and financial planning tools. Advanced financial modeling and Excel proficiency. Fluency in English required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
