Job Description The Project Controller is responsible for developing, implementing, and reconcile project budgets and forecasts together with the project stakeholders and implementing them the ERP system. Responsibilities: · Monitor and report on project performance, including cost, revenue, cash flow, and progress, invoicing and cash collection ensure compliance with IFRS · Perform variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies. · Present project financials to senior management, including V- and C-Level executives. · Assist with claims and change order management. · Manage customer bank guarantees and related documentation. Qualifications · 3-5 years of experience in project controlling, with expertise in project costing, estimating, and financial monitoring, preferably in an international EPC environment, with readiness to travel (10-20%) · Strong knowledge of risk and claim management. · Proficiency in financial data analysis, with the ability to draw insights and make informed recommendations. · Familiarity with IFRS and industry best practices and standards. · Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement and ability to work independent · Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
