Location: Tampere, Finland
Duration: 2-year fixed term contract
Working hours: Minimum 25 hours across 4 days a week

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management / controlling or financial analysis
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, Finnish and English
  • Degree in Finance/Controlling, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Project

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Responsible for monitoring and managing the financial aspects of a large expansion project at a manufacturing site in Tampere. Ensure the project stays on budget and schedule, maintaining the demand vs capacity analysis, and aligning communication across a multi-functional team to ensure all stakeholders are updated in a timely manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts including demand vs capacity
  • Partner with the Site Project team to track project performance including cost control and scheduling matters
  • Prepare financial reports, impact assessments and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Supporting existing accounting, controlling team in respect of financial aspects of the project
