Project: Onaping Depth Rotation: 14 days on 14 days off Shift Length: 11/12 hours Allowance: Will be provided based on location Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000/annum, range is variable and dependent on overtime worked and production bonus paid Travel: Will be provided based on location Benefits: Redpath offers comprehensive benefits including but not limited to health, dental and vision care, life insurance, pension and employee assistance program Pre-employment requirement: Drug Test Job Summary: The Project Controller is responsible for the planning and performance monitoring of assigned projects, including providing guidance to operational managers through the implementation of project controls processes, procedures and contracts. The incumbent will track performance daily, weekly and monthly, and incorporate quantitative and qualitative analysis, to define both the physical and the economic performance of the projects and recommend action to be taken should deviations from the optimal performance be highlighted. The incumbent will work to ensure that the business objectives of the Company are consistently achieved. The Project Controller must assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of the project baseline and project execution plan, inclusive of setting up the project administrative aspects.
