WHO WE ARE
Reach for Change is a global non-profit empowering social entrepreneurs with skills, network, and funding to scale their impact. We believe that one person can change the world. One person with true passion, an entrepreneurial spirit and an innovative idea. But we also know that this person needs support - someone who believes in the idea and enables the first steps into building a social business. This is where we at Reach for Change come into the picture. We enroll exceptional local and early stage social entrepreneurs into our support programs, people who truly have a passion and an innovative idea for creating a better world. We help them to go from an idea to a sustainable social business. We have done this for 14 years, and during this time supported over 1600 social entrepreneurs, in 18 countries across Europe and Africa, who in turn have reached 4.7 million children and youth.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Controller to strengthen our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for the financial coordination of projects both in Sweden and across our international subsidiaries.
Your main focus will be to ensure that projects run smoothly from a financial perspective - from planning and budgeting, through implementation, to final reporting. This includes providing accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring compliance with organizational and statutory requirements, and providing hands-on support to both local and global colleagues. This role suits someone who is financially savvy, structured and able to manage multiple priorities, but also comfortable navigating complexity and change. You will be a critical part of ensuring that our team can deliver high-impact projects in a sustainable and well-governed way.
