KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English (essential).
· A-Level/BTEC in Business, Maths (preferred).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Understanding of payroll systems and processes (or willingness to learn).
· Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
