JASARA PMC invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the role of Project Controls Director, a critical leadership position within our esteemed joint venture comprised of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco. Our mission is to advance Social Infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia in alignment with Vision 2030. The Project Controls Director will lead and oversee all aspects of project controls for major infrastructure initiatives, ensuring effective cost, schedule, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive project controls strategies tailored to large-scale infrastructure projects. Manage project schedules, budgets, and performance measurement systems to ensure delivery targets are met. Lead risk management processes, proactively identifying risks and establishing mitigation plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate transparency and effective communication. Produce detailed reports, forecasts, and analyses to support strategic decision-making. Guide and mentor project controls teams to foster professional development and high performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery methodologies and tools. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred. Over 15 years of progressive experience in project controls, with significant exposure to large infrastructure or industrial projects. Proficiency in project management and controls software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to project controls.
