Job Description Make your mark as a Project Controls Engineer at Boskalis! Join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our dredging projects. You’ll be responsible for executing and facilitating the integration and oversight of tender/project control processes, contributing to strategic planning, and optimizing process performance. Your responsibilities Support the Project Manager and/or Tender Manager with the implementation of management processes during the tender and/or the project, such as scope management, planning, risk & opportunity, cost, communication & information, delivery and completion, document management, work methods and lessons learned amongst others. Define and review tender/project general technical deliverables and draft summaries, including timely identification of missing information. Actively research and implement all required internal and external knowledge. Facilitate processes and manage interfaces between contract, quality, engineering and operations, and identify bottlenecks. Process and maintain obtained data in the applicable databases and prepare (project) progress reports to be delivered (MPR, WPR, and DPR). Your qualities and experience Minimal of 3 years relevant work experience & exposure to engineering and construction projects Higher education or MSc degree in Civil, Mechanical, Marine Engineering or related engineering field Experience with relevant work methods and techniques and relevant discipline software. Interdepartmental knowledge (e.g. production, costs, hydronamic, and legal) General knowledge of management processes (PMBOK, ISO, etc.) and project engineering. A good command of written and spoken English. You’re willing to travel if required.
