POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking experienced Project Controls Engineers with strong expertise in cost control, scheduling, risk management, and project reporting to support planning and execution across complex infrastructure and energy projects. This role will serve as a key contributor to the Front-End Planning (FEP) process and will support full lifecycle project control from initiation through closeout. This is a 100% onsite position based in Oshawa, ON.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field—or equivalent education and experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in project controls within the energy sector (preferably nuclear, hydroelectric, or thermal generation).
• Strong understanding of project scoping, risk management, budgeting, estimating, and scheduling practices.
• Proficient in Primavera, MS Project, SAP, and other relevant project management and financial systems.
• Demonstrated experience in project support roles with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with corporate financial processes and enterprise-level control systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
