As a Project Controls Engineer, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Company’s overall reporting and project controls deliverables on major heavy civil construction projects. This position will likely begin in the office but will be required to be assigned on project sites as needed on a rotational basis. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, coordinating resource allocations and gathering information from multiple stakeholders
• Tracking progress, deliverables, and updating project schedules
• Managing and organizing cost codes and structures
• Analyzing workloads, productivity rates, and budget adherence
• Supporting development of project control systems, tools, and best practices
• Recommending improvements in project controls methods and processes

You’ll collaborate closely with estimating team, field teams and project managers and report directly to senior management within the Heavy Civil Division.
