We are currently seeking a Project Controls Analyst at our Marlborough, MA office. This position will support project financial performance by tracking budgets, analyzing cost trends, and assisting with forecast reporting. You will work closely with Project Teams to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement cost control strategies. Essential Responsibilities Collaborate with Project Managers to evaluate cost trends, perform Estimate-at-Complete (EAC) analysis, and identify issues impacting cost, revenue, and gross profit. Track and forecast project budgets and cash flow; recommend strategies and recovery plans to minimize financial variances. Monitor actual costs using tools such as Deltek Costpoint, Excel, and Power BI, including labor, materials, and other expenditures. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to accounting and management. Execute project cost control procedures and support business unit leadership with performance insights. Review purchase orders and invoices for accuracy and contract compliance. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project financial controls. Support special projects as assigned. Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred) Advanced systems skills (particularly Excel) are essential. (PowerBI and Deltek Costpoint experience preferred) Self-motivated, reliable, and dedicated team player with a strong work ethic. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with accuracy and efficiency. Skilled in prioritizing and coordinating multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with upper management. Our base pay ranges are set based on the function, discipline, level and regional location and are benchmarked against companies in the same or similar industry. Final offers may vary based on multiple factors including education, depth and relevance of work experience, relevant licenses and certifications, and may vary from the amounts listed in the job posting. The pay range for this role is $68,000 -$82,200.
