The Opportunity In this role you will: Evaluate our current data management processes and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients We would love to hear from you if you: Have demonstrated experience implementing cost & schedule management work processes Experience working with pharmaceutical/life sciences clients Have a comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure and project Coding structures Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline Work Environment: This position will be primarily remote with the flexibility to travel to project site outside of Kansas City, Missouri one time per month. The Salary Range for this role is $125,000.00-$175,000.00 USD but actual salary offered is dependent on skillset, education and experience. All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
