We are looking for a Project Controls Manager to join Linesight and help us deliver outstanding projects for our clients. Frankfurt has established itself as one of the biggest data centre hubs in Europe, offering excellent connectivity for hyperscale and colocation data centre providers, and is continuing to attract major global investment.

• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients
• Assist in preparing client project funding documents
• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing engineer and contractor progress
• Create and manage cost forecasts for key client developments
• Expertly negotiate agreements with pricing agreements with external partners
• Manage and monitor project schedules, reporting on exceptions to the plan
• Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings
• Proactively lead risk management efforts and reviews
• Support the final reconciliation of contracts and purchase orders
• Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, and project risks
