The Senior Change Controls Manager is entrusted with the following critical responsibilities: This person will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Directs and manages project change related activities for large projects or specialized defined elements of larger programs in support of the Program Manager Orchestrates coordination efforts across multiple projects within the program, ensuring strict alignment with overall program objectives. Identifies and addresses project interdependencies with utmost diligence, implementing proactive risk mitigation strategies and resolving conflicts. Collaborates strategically with project managers Manages negotiations with contractors regarding change requests and/or claims Engages in high-level consultations with senior leadership to report on negotiations and challenges with contractors Provides authoritative guidance and rigorous oversight to project change team, ensuring meticulous management of individual change elements. Conducts thorough monitoring and evaluation of risk mitigation strategies to ensure their efficacy and implement necessary adjustments. Facilitates precise and formal communication channels between project teams and stakeholders. Delivers comprehensive and regular updates to senior leadership on program progress, challenges, and achievements, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
