EKFB are looking to recruit a Project Controls Manager to join our team based in the Greatworth to Southam Area.
This position will manage the project controls personnel and counsel and support staff on Document control as well as administrative functions.
The Project Controls Manager will provide baseline schedule development and management, performance status and reporting including monitoring and evaluating each step of a project to ensure it is meeting deadline goals.
This position will measure and monitor the status of the project; evaluating where the project is as compared to where it was supposed to be at any point on the project’s journey and where the project is heading to. This will include monitoring and controlling programme compliance in respect of the project contractual obligations.
The Project Controls Manager will track incoming and outgoing project documentation supporting the co-ordination of handover documentation timely and to ‘right first time’ standard. This position will also produce weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.
This role will write and maintain document control procedures and establish operating policies to mitigate risk.
The Project Controls Manager will be responsible for monitoring the quality of the processes reviewing and suggesting improvements to Project processes ensuring that project controls processes are consistently applied across the project.
Other responsibilities also include coordinating the reporting of progress, producing trackers for the efficient delivery of the MIDP and maintaining the distribution list of the Design Delivery team, to facilitate the commercial and technical inputs.
