  • Proven proficiency in project controls methodologies, including earned value management, risk analysis, and change control processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to navigate intricate project challenges
  • 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Experienced in implementing, promoting and developing a variety of planning techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance (essential)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Ertech is hiring for a Project Controls Manager to work on projects that provide critical marine and onshore infrastructure off the coast of Western Australia. The projects will have international scope and present unique challenges and opportunities.
This role will be located in Rockingham and is a permanent, full time requirement for an experienced civil Project Controls Manager to oversee a critical construction project running over the long term.

OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Initiate a complex program, setting up the roadmap for long term delivery success
  • Driving effective planning, monitoring, and reporting processes
  • Ensuring the seamless integration of project management principles, risk mitigation strategies, and cost control measures
  • Supporting operational leaders when required in addressing clients’ commercial, controls and procurement requirements
