REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education/Experience (one of the following):
• Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of project controls/project management experience.
• AA degree + 9 years of experience.
• High School diploma/GED + 11 years of experience.
• Formal training in Primavera P6 or equivalent project management software.
• Strong knowledge of earned value management, project controls, and cost/schedule analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Project, Word, and PowerPoint.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• PMP, PBA, SP, CAPM, or RMP certification.
• Experience in nuclear, renewable energy, or construction industries.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Asset Suite, Workday Adaptive Planning, or GAAP.
• Experience supporting projects $25M+ budget.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Professional III to support our nuclear development organization. This position plays a critical role in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance analysis for large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Primavera P6 scheduling, cost management, and earned value methodology, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules (Level 1–5) using Primavera P6.
• Integrate schedules with cost estimates to produce resource-loaded cost flow projections.
• Monitor and report on schedule deviations, cost variances, and project risks.
• Support Project Managers with scope definition, ETC (Estimate to Completion), and corrective action planning.
• Enter and manage project data in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and present reports, recovery plans, and variance analyses to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
