Description

Scope of Work: Engaged to provide specialist project controls services on a large, detailed design project, focusing on implementing effective controls, forecasting, and reporting to support the client in achieving successful delivery Key Requirements: * Project reporting, forecasting and budget hours management * Development and baselining of the project schedule. * Implementation of document control and administration processes aligned with contractual requirements. * Establishment of change management controls to protect budget hours. * Oversight of information management systems to ensure effective data flow. * Delivery of progress reports and early warnings on performance risks. * Independent leadership and guidance across planning, cost management, and document control functions. * Advisory support to the Engineering Management Team on risks, constraints, and project controls. * Preparation of documentation to support variations, claims, and dispute resolution. * Input to commercial negotiations by advising on project control considerations. * Assurance that processes meet quality and compliance standards, including audit support. * Ongoing identification of risks, opportunities, and efficiencies to enhance project delivery.
