  • eview all submitted programs and schedules, concentrating on the assessment of technical compliance, the scope of work and the level of detail.R
  • eview Developers’ reports.R
  • eview Construction Reports.P
  • repare Management Reports.A
  • nalyze delays, identify impacts, and create mitigation/recovery or corrective action plans.N
  • ormalize and standardize the schedule of work.R
  • egarding project WBS, advise on the percentage weighting of elements contributing to the total scope.O
  • rganize project review meetings, evaluate, and report to CM about project growth.I
  • n conjunction with the Manager Cost Management Division, prepare and maintain a procedures manual covering but not limited to:P
  • lanning management training and support.S
  • tandardized WBS and CBS structures.S
  • tandardized programme structures to appropriate levels of detail (L1, L2, L3 etc.)P
  • lanning procedures and control methodology.T
  • ime Management Plan.C
  • onstruction claims management, EOT and schedule delay analysis.P
  • reparation/review of tender programme submissions.R
  • esource planning and development of all Project Control Staff.E
  • stablishment of a programme structure in conjunction with developing the budget structure.P
  • lanning and scheduling for all newly awarded projects.O
  • versee the development of detailed schedule preparation for the Site Project Planner.E
  • stablishment of four-weekly look ahead programme procedures for on-site project planners.S

  • stablishment and maintenance of earned value-reporting procedures, i.e., measurement of Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS), Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP) and Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP).A
  • ssessing the suitability of project schedule resource allocations (materials and labour).A
  • ssessing the application of project schedule elements such as activity logic, constraints, duration, coding, etc.R
  • esponsible for overall project deliverables and managing the constraints of the project (schedule, financials, change management, contract administration, customer and stakeholder requirements).R
  • esponsible for process improvement to drive schedule & cost completeness and accuracy, on-time delivery and cycle volatility. Communicate and report project management metrics to senior management. Coach and train employees in project management and control procedures while driving accountability for results.P
  • rovide financial performance reviews, project execution and schedule performance analysis on an ongoing basis.I

  • achelor’s degree in business administration, Quantity Surveying, Law and Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent degrees from an accredited university.E
  • xperience of not less than 5+ years in controlling projects (scheduled costs) in large, comprehensive projects and taking responsibility for controlling them.C
  • omprehensive technical knowledge and proven experience in managing cost engineering works, measurements, control, analysis, planning and scheduling in preparing schedules, experience, and skills in setting standards and establishing systems for all project control activities.P
  • ractical knowledge of engineering contracts, procurement and construction contracts and setting up business processes.P
  • articipate in continuous improvement and support capacity building.M
  • anagement and supervision skills and people management tasks.E
  • xcellent verbal and written communication skills.G
  • ood work experience on a global scale (preferably work experience in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia).
