Lead Program Management Sub Team (PMST) Vehicle Lines Manage achievement of Program Targets: Established and active employee resource groups Bachelors Degree in Engineering 2+ years Automotive product development experience 2+ years of experience Engineering Program or project management experience 2+ experience with CAN tools and data acquisition equipment Masters degree in Automotive or Electrical Engineering Solid understanding of Ford Global Product Development System (GPDS) desired Ability to manage different projects simultaneously Desire to work independently, and adapt to dynamic work environment Demonstration of business acumen, organizational skills, and ability to learn new technology and processes Experience working with senior level management Experience working with multi-functional teams, creating a collaboration across organizations, cultures and regions Encourage teamwork and drive resolution on issues Proficient in the following Test Software: ATI PT Diagnostics - MyCanics CANAlyzer/CANape DET - Diagnostic Engineering Tool VDR - flight recorders
