If you have experience in project planning & risk management within the pharmaceutical or industrial sectors, we’d love to have you on board.Key responsibilitiesLead the Risk Management service and advise project and programme management.Lead dynamic risk workshops and collaborate with the project management team and stakeholders to assess, identify, prioritize and mitigate risks and opportunities.Collaborate with project management, scheduling and cost teams to integrate risk insights.Conducting Quantitative Schedule and Cost Risk Assessments (QSRA / QCRA) to support forecasting and decision-making.Develop risk registers and track mitigation actions to reduce project uncertainties.Proactively supporting risk owners to completing mitigation actions.Support decision-making by providing scenario analysis and contingency planning.Ad-hoc visits to the construction site to provide team support, lead workshops, nurture relationships and assess the progress of the project.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on creating scalable solutions and team development.QualificationsQualificationsEngineering degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.Strong knowledge of PMO and project controls with a focus on scheduling and risk management.Skilled in Primavera P6, Acumen Fuse or Safran.Fluent in both Spanish and English.Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.Have a passion for building a global team and fostering employee development.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
