Get more details at https://coronaenv.com/ Job Description Project Controls: Assist project managers with project set-up & maintenance in Unanet Schedule monthly project meetings with PM’s to update projects and opportunities Assist in contract and project coordination Assist in business proposals Prepare project-related reports and business analytics on projects Prepare project status reports, such as annual, monthly, and ad-hoc schedules and costs Create strategic financial reports Participate in weekly cash flow calls with partners concerning backlog Use Power BI to run utilization and backlog reports. Manage project insurance certificates Assist with project data input Administration: Provide administrative support to project managers and partners HR Liaison with Insperity IT Liaison with outsourced IT provider AP/AR support to outsource accounting/controller Schedule and manage executive calendars Schedule and manage staff travel arrangements as needed Provide support to the outsourced accounting/controller for year-end taxes and reports to the tax firm Develop ad hoc reports Office administrative support: order supplies Work with building management to resolve facilities issues in all locations Process expense reports for upper management Event and conference coordination Maintain conference room setup/cleanup for meetings Social Media coordination Website updates through WordPress Qualifications To perform this job successfully, the individual must understand basic accounting concepts and financial statements, as well as responsibilities associated with GAAP and internal control requirements. Well-developed analytical and organizational skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Prefer candidates who have worked in project-based companies. Education and/or Experience: BS degree (preferred) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Political Science, or equivalent experience, and/or 5-8 years’ related experience. Computer Skills: Must be proficient in business software applications, including Microsoft Word, Power BI, Gmail, and Windows. Intermediate spreadsheet skills and experience with A/P & A/R processing. An intermediate to advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Excel is required. Knowledge of Unanet (3+ years preferred) or project-based accounting with similar software such as Deltek or Ajera. Additional Information JOB DETAILS: Compensation: $62,000-87,000 annual salary range, benefits, 401k with matching, and bonus potential. Six paid holidays, parental leave, and 19 days PTO.
