Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Controls Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, scheduling, and cost control aspects of our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using advanced project management software Monitor project progress, analyze variances, and report on key performance indicators Perform cost analysis, forecasting, and earned value management Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders Collaborate with project managers and team members to optimize resource allocation Implement and maintain project control systems and procedures Conduct trend analysis to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement Support the development of project budgets and cost estimates Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bid documents Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred) Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls or a similar role Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) Strong knowledge of project control methodologies and best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience with data visualization and reporting tools Strong mathematical and statistical skills Familiarity with risk management techniques and earned value management Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities Experience in the construction, engineering, or energy sectors is a plus Knowledge of Arabic language and familiarity with Saudi Arabian business practices is beneficial Relevant project management or project controls certifications (e.g., PMP, EVP) are advantageous Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
