We are recruiting a Project Controls Specialist to join our client in Kincardine, ON.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• 5 - 8 years of Project Controls experience, specifically Cost Analysis
• Must have Bruce Power vendor experience
• Must have experience with accruals, variance assessments, and compiling data

  Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour

• Track and monitor project costs, including actuals, forecasts, commitments, and accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control.
• Prepare monthly accruals by compiling cost data from various internal and external sources; ensure accurate and timely entry into financial systems.
• Perform detailed variance assessments by comparing planned vs. actual performance, investigating root causes, and recommending corrective actions.
• Compile and analyze project data across cost, schedule, and scope to support decision-making and reporting.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with project managers, stakeholders, and financial teams to relay cost performance, emerging risks, and forecast trends.
