Description
⦁ Contribute towards creating a positive HSEQ culture across the assigned project ⦁ Manage assigned team (project specific) for (planning, document control, risk) in achieving the project objectives, & assurance rigor ⦁ Assists in the development and implementation of MOCs ⦁ Affluently participate in monthly project reviews including engaging with financial controller in developing a credible project forecast. ⦁ Tracking and monitoring Sub-suppliers, Fabricators and other third-party companies. ⦁ Maintain Project Controls KPI's-Engineering, Procurement, Document Control, Cost, Schedule and Risk. ⦁ Review and manage of key vendors/fabricators schedules. ⦁ Drive project deliverables. ⦁ Continually monitors the project plan, identifies critical items and activities having impact on the project schedule, which require special attention and takes action to resolve. ⦁ Produces consolidated reporting to the Project Team (stakeholders) ⦁ Assist the Project Manager in preparing monthly reports for PMR ⦁ Eloquently represent the project and the company as a brand ambassador in achieving the required objectives ⦁ Agile & innovative in applying observed lessons learned and eliminating waste. ⦁ Assist the Project Manager in contractual matters including notices & variation orders, when required. Degree qualified ideally in Engineering, Cost Management, Project Management, Finance. ⦁ Strong Planning background ⦁ Experienced in managing a team in project engineering/coordination roles ⦁ Min 4+ broad experience in EPC Oil and Gas projects ⦁ Audit Controls and Financial Background is a Plus ⦁ Technical knowledge and application of Project Services practices ⦁ Eloquent communication, and commercial negotiation ⦁ People development ⦁ Cultural awareness and sensitivity ⦁ Primavera P6 and @Risk is a plus ⦁ Understanding of the Oil and Gas industry in package and module fabrication (facility construction is plus) ⦁ Understanding of OSF business model
