Job Description We’re looking for a bilingual (Mandarin and English) Production Coordinator to join the team for a 3-month period. In this busy role you’ll support the Producer by managing organizational, creative, and financial aspects of studio projects, helping ensure they are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget and to a high standard. You’ll be responsible for: Project Coordination, administration and facilitation Client and team communications Documentation and tracking Assisting with budget management Deliverables and quality control Client liaison You can find out more about the role in our job description here. Our ideal candidate We’re looking for someone with proven experience as a coordinator in the film/tv/game/immersive experience industry, with solid administration skills and experience working with tight deadlines and budgets. You’ll need to be bilingual in Mandarin and English (with the ability to translate documents between the two) – and have strong communication and relationship building skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
