REQUIREMENTS

  • College Degree with 3+ years of industry experience or 6+ years of industry experience
  • Must be highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel is required
  • Proven accuracy, reliability, and completeness in job accomplishment
  • Must be able to interface with a variety of people from different technical levels and educational backgrounds
  • Must be a self-starter with proactive, result-oriented focus; and willing and capable to assume additional responsibilities
  • Experience with supporting managers of various levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and establish priorities
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Works well under pressure and has impressive stress management
  • Onboarding experience is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Provide multiple levels of support to Facilities Project Management Organization.
  • Provide and maintain Operations and Project Support services as needed in support of organization.
  • Develop presentation materials utilizing MS PowerPoint, Visio, or other required formats for client support.
  • Shopping cart creation in SAP, routing, and tracking.
  • Ongoing reporting of purchase orders, project activities, tracking spreadsheets, and other reporting as requested by management.
  • Onboarding new hires in Workday, assisting in terminations, and coordination training.
  • Logging the project binder as-builts in Excel, tracking binders through the process flow to maintain as-built movement.
  • Supplies (ordering, stocking, budgeting).
  • Collaborate and communicate with project leaders.
  • Support Project Financial Reconciliation activities.
  • Other non-routine duties as assigned by management.
