Ongoing technical and developmental training to further your career. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for financing, VP calls, and payment coordination. Order and verify all equipment, materials, and subcontractor availability prior to scheduling. Ensure permits are pulled and scheduled with the customer. Confirm financing is processed, payment details are accurate, and all pre-installation requirements are complete. Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch to schedule installation crews once all details are verified. Submit rebate paperwork and complete HVAC equipment registrations within 3 business days of installation. Enter accounts payable invoices and complete job costing. Track, schedule, and close out permits after inspections are completed, including rescheduling as needed. Conduct customer “happy calls” within 48 business hours of job completion. Provide ongoing customer support and assist with inbound calls as needed. Finalize jobs by ensuring all appointments are completed, documentation is accurate, and invoices are fully processed. Verify financing and payment information aligns with completed work. Ensure all materials, purchase orders, and job details are accurately entered; follow up with technicians as needed. Apply appropriate job tags and complete final customer communications. Manage jobs on hold by scheduling follow-ups, reviewing technician notes, ensuring invoice accuracy, and coordinating fund transfers when necessary. Other job duties as assigned. Requirements Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least two years of Customer Service or related experience. 3 years of scheduling, planning, and/or coordination experience. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong ability to prioritize. Strong Attention to Details. Ability to follow through with tasks and complete them on time.
