POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our project management and site operations team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the glazing and aluminum trade and take ownership of key administrative and logistical tasks to keep projects moving efficiently.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a construction, manufacturing, or coordination role (glazing industry experience is a strong asset).
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications is essential.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong organizational and time management skills — ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar software is an asset.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn the glazing and aluminum systems industry.
• Strong communication skills for working with vendors, site staff, and management.
