Job Description
We are searching for a Project Coordinator to report directly to the Regional Vice President of Canada on projects and various day-to-day administrative functions:

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients and managers to define project objectives, scopes and requirements all while ensuring adherence to corporate policies and frameworks.
  • Maintaining and monitoring plans, schedules, documentation, budgets and expenditures.
  • Support with project changes, assess risks / issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation and reporting materials for meetings, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Cross collaboration with colleagues to work through ad-hoc project requests
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Event and visitor management.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study. PMP or CAPM certification completed or in progress is an asset

  • Two years’ experience in related field.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Skilled in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Organizational skills
  • Time-management
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Attention to detail.
  • An interest in transportation and logistics would be an asset.
  • An interest in developing people would be an asset.
  • Financial literacy and understanding of PnL statements would be an asset.

Salary range is from CAD 50,000 to CAD 60,000 per annum
