In this position, you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling and rescheduling all aspects of the project, including roofing, siding, gutters, and miscellaneous tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with homeowners to review and confirm all project documentation, including the scope of work and color selections.
  • Provide clear and concise build day instructions to homeowners, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for the construction process.
  • Meticulously document all project-related information within the CRM and Slack platforms, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Fosters effective communication and collaboration within the team, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar role with customer-facing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to learn CRM software as well as other tools required for the role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability work 11:30 am - 8 pm CST
