Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and team members to ensure the successful execution of various projects across our organization. Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets Coordinate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients Prepare and distribute project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring action items are tracked and followed up Manage project resources and assist in resource allocation Support the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met Maintain and update project management tools and systems Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field 3+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software PMP certification or other project management certifications are a plus Additional Information Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments Adaptability and flexibility to changing project requirements About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
