Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the successful execution of data center projects from initiation through completion. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your project management expertise within the dynamic infrastructure and data center industry. Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables for data center infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules and milestones Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests Track project budgets and expenditures; monitor costs and provide regular financial updates to project managers and stakeholders Facilitate communication between project teams, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency Identify, analyze, and document project risks and issues; support the development and implementation of mitigation strategies Maintain project databases and scheduling tools; update project management software with accurate and timely information Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to optimize team productivity and project efficiency Support procurement activities by coordinating vendor communications, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications Prepare presentations and reports for project reviews, steering committees, and executive leadership Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or related project support role Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms) Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with diverse stakeholders Detail-oriented approach with strong attention to accuracy and quality **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience coordinating infrastructure, data center, or IT-related projects Knowledge of data center operations, architecture, and industry standards Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent IT service management knowledge Experience with ERP systems or enterprise project management tools Familiarity with construction or facility management project workflows Experience with budget management and financial tracking in project environments Additional Information Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
