About the role Project Coordinator – 12 Month max term role Are you passionate about driving project success and supporting a high-performing team? We’re seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our Sustainable Business Energy Solutions (SBES) projects team and play a key role in delivering outstanding results from sale through to customer handover. Key Responsibilities: Ensure contractor engagement and project delivery align with AGL’s contractor management framework and safety, quality, and budget expectations. Manage incident and near-miss investigations, complete proactive HSE activities (such as field audits and HSE conversations), and close out corrective actions within agreed timeframes. Support Project Managers and Project Engineers in delivering commercial solar and energy storage projects, including arranging site access, inductions and contractor site visits, preparing grid connection and development applications, installation packs, and documentation for O&M manuals and LGC/STC claims. Communicate effectively with customers and subcontractors and manage project dates, trackers and responsibilities within project management systems (e.g., Netsuite). Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in project delivery capability and support the implementation of key initiatives with the Delivery Team About you Previous experience in project management or engineering roles. - preferred Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline (electrical, construction, renewable energy) – preferred Demonstrated ability to manage third party stakeholders. Attention to detail and ability to present information clearly and accurately is essential. Demonstrated commitment to a culture of health and safety. Preferred: Experience in the solar PV, energy, building, engineering or services industries is highly desirable Experience working for a major industrial and commercial rooftop solar installation provider Knowledge of the software systems SBES uses to manage its business (Netsuite, Procore) What We Offer Flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements and an extra week of recharge leave annually.
