Check out our website here: Home - Midwest Machinery Job Description: The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and managing active projects from start to finish, ensuring schedules, deadlines, and deliverables are met. This role works closely with internal team members as well as manufacturers, contractors, engineers, and end users to ensure projects are completed smoothly and on time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary: Manage active and ongoing projects, schedules, and deadlines Interface with all members of our team to coordinate successfully complete projects Diligently handle the relationship with our manufacturers, contractors, engineers, and end users Become proficient in Salesforce and our accounting system to setup project financials, generate PO’s and invoicing of projects Learn our manufacturer’s selection programs and software to be able to enter orders, look up project details, and actively manage manufacturers' and customers’ schedules Manage both new equipment jobs, labor jobs, and reconstruction projects Manage the manufacturer warranty process through the warranty periods of projects Proactively train and self-develop skill sets needed to become proficient in the role- online and in-person manufacturer’s training.
