We’re on the hunt for a Project Coordinator to support our construction and fit-out projects. If you love spreadsheets and site visits, this might be for you.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
• White card
• ABN (if applying as a contractor)

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be the glue between design, construction, and operations – helping us stay on time, on budget, and on spec. It’s a varied role that spans project admin, procurement, site coordination and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Materials take-offs and quantity tracking
• Project admin and document control
• Cost control and budget tracking
• Scheduling trades and coordinating timelines
• Requesting quotes and managing procurement
• Liaising with suppliers and ordering materials
• Coordinating trades and resolving site queries
• Conducting site inspections to ensure progress and quality
