About the Opportunity: We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support cross-functional delivery across our Amazon accounts. This role is essential to keeping projects on track, ensuring timelines are met, deliverables are clear, and communication between teams is seamless. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Strategists, and our Ads, Catalog, and Creative teams to coordinate internal workstreams and remove roadblocks. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in the smooth delivery of client success. What You'll Do: Track project timelines and deliverables across departments (Ads, Catalog, Creative, Strategy) Maintain up-to-date statuses in our PM tool (e.g., Asana) Assign tasks, coordinate briefs, and ensure internal deadlines are met Serve as the internal point of contact for project status inquiries Proactively follow up on blockers and escalate risks to the Director of Marketplaces Maintain templates, trackers, and documentation for consistency across teams Collaborate with Client Leads to ensure project clarity and transparency Support weekly performance reviews and task check-ins What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree preferred 1–3+ years in project coordination or operations, preferably in an agency or ecommerce environment Some experience working with Amazon or within the Amazon ecosystem is required — familiarity with the platform’s tools, timelines, and terminology is critical Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills Familiarity with PM tools like Asana or Monday.com Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Team-first mindset and willingness to adapt What We Offer: Competitive base salary: $70,000-$80,000/year + variable compensation Flexible vacation policy – take the time you need to recharge Comprehensive health, vision & dental insurance 401k with company contribution Beautiful downtown Denver office with company-paid commuter benefits (parking or RTD EcoPass) Opportunity for career progression with plenty of room for personal growth What to Expect: 1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter 2nd Round: 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager 3rd Round: Audit + Presentation 4th Round: 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring Team Please note that we are fully onsite work environment, and require daily presence at our LoDo/Union Station office.
