The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator . The location for this position can be flexible and home-based.
This is a full-time, benefits eligible grant funded position. Current funding is through June 30, 2026 .

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • At least three (3) years of experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal.
  • Experience with processing invoices, contracts and budget management preferred.
  • Desired: Experience working in the social impact space and with business accelerators.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Project Management, or related field preferred but not required.
