We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
DESIGNATION : Project Coordinator and ECO

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Must possess a valid Environmental Control Officer (ECO) Certificate and be registered with the National Environment Agency (NEA).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant ECO experience, particularly in construction or civil engineering.
  • Experience in underground utility works, especially cable pipeline, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Possession of a valid Class 2 or 3 driving license is an advantage (to support site mobility).

The ideal candidate will coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:

ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL OFFICER (ECO) DUTIES

  • Perform ECO duties as required, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s environmental regulations and NEA requirements.
  • Implement and monitor environmental control measures at construction sites.
  • Identify and address environmental health risks or non-compliance issues.
  • Maintain updated environmental records and reports for audits and inspections.
