We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
DESIGNATION : Project Coordinator and ECO

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Must possess a valid Environmental Control Officer (ECO) Certificate and be registered with the National Environment Agency (NEA).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant ECO experience, particularly in construction or civil engineering.
• Experience in underground utility works, especially cable pipeline, is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Possession of a valid Class 2 or 3 driving license is an advantage (to support site mobility).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ley Choon Group is seeking a responsible and proactive Project Coordinator and Environmental Control Officer (ECO) to support the execution of our underground utility and cable infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:

ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL OFFICER (ECO) DUTIES

• Perform ECO duties as required, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s environmental regulations and NEA requirements.
• Implement and monitor environmental control measures at construction sites.
• Identify and address environmental health risks or non-compliance issues.
• Maintain updated environmental records and reports for audits and inspections.
