Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project delivery from initial planning through to completion. You’ll act as the link between site teams, suppliers, clients, and the office—ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate project timelines, materials, subcontractors, and internal resources
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and trades to ensure daily operations run effectively
  • Maintain project documentation including contracts, schedules, and health & safety paperwork
  • Schedule site visits and surveys, track progress, and update stakeholders accordingly
  • Assist with cost tracking, purchase orders, and invoice approvals
  • Support the project manager and site supervisors with administrative and operational tasks
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
  • Handle any scheduling changes, delivery issues, or resource conflicts promptly
