Job Description
As an Architecture and Planning Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our design team, responsible for evaluation, early-stage design for prospective locations. You will work closely with various consultants and stakeholders ensure the design meets the highest standards. This role requires strong architectural capabilities and the ability to work on many projects, simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry, preferably in an Architecture firm.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Bluebeam, Revit, Procore a plus.
  • Strong problem solver, self-starter and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent time management, technical and organizational skills.
  • Occasional Travel

Responsibilities
  • Key lead on design feasibility for new locations including site analysis, space planning, schematic design, elevations, and sections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for internal insight and approvals.
  • Assist internal team during Leasing process, including due diligence and production of exhibits.
  • Participate in project coordination calls, taking notes and monitoring follow-ups.
  • Support landlord coordination and associated drawing reviews.
  • Catalogue and manage program charts and club layouts for design reference.
  • Prepare project presentation information.
  • Active role in improving design standards.
