POSITION OVERVIEW

The Junior Project Coordinator role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual to manage signage projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth communication and execution across all departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in project coordination in signage or interior design
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to proactively engage with customers and suggest creative solutions.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on ensuring quality and accuracy.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the WOW experience continues, making Aroh Inc. the preferred signage supplier for repeat customers.
  • Manage and update project details in George, ensuring all project information is accurate, current, and reflects any changes in scope, timelines, or requirements.
  • Independently manage projects for smaller client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to Aroh’s quality standards
  • Keep customers informed on project progress, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Manage small, low-margin projects while ensuring profitability through effective cost control and efficiency.
  • Work with the Project leads to ensure all project details are captured and updated in George
  • Specify and update signage packages for up coming projects
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop custom signage designs tailored to each project.
  • Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure all project aspects are on track and no details are overlooked.
  • Update and manage project details in George our project Management System
  • Coordinate project schedules and timelines, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Address last-minute changes or challenges, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
