    Location: Richmond, VA/ Mclean, VA - Hybrid Onsite role
    Salary Range: The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$25,000-30,000 annually]/[$15-20 per hour). Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Enterprise Risk team, focusing on public research and vendor engagement.
  • This role supports large-scale research initiatives, including export control classification projects, and requires working extensively with JIRA, G-Workspace, and other documentation tools.
  • The position involves managing large datasets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with export regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct comprehensive research on export regulations and vendor classifications.
  • Gather, verify, and organize large datasets in a systematic and accurate manner.
  • Support Project Managers by taking detailed meeting notes, preparing concise summaries, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Use tools such as JIRA, G-Workspace, and word processing software for project tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors to collect necessary information for license exceptions under export regulations.
  • Represent the organization professionally in vendor communications.
  • Compile and present research findings to stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
